If you need to provide additional information for customization, such as logos, sponsors, names, or numbers, please make sure to note this in the "Special Instructions" field during the checkout process.

After you have completed your order, please email us any additional information or design files to info@soccerbob.com . Our team will review your order and reach out if any additional information is needed. Once we have everything we need, we will start production on your custom soccer jerseys right away!

Our custom soccer jerseys have no minimum order quantity, so you can order as many or as few as you need. The time it takes to receive your order is broken down into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

I. Processing Time:
If your order does not require printing, it will take 1-2 working days to process.
For standard processing, which includes printing, it will take 2-3 working days to process.
For advanced processing, which includes complex printing, embroidery or advanced custom designs, it will take 4-6 working days to process.

II. Shipping Time:
We offer DHL, UPS, and FedEx shipping options, which typically take 5-8 working days to arrive after your order has been processed.

Please note that processing time is in addition to shipping time and that delivery times may be affected by factors such as customs procedures or local postal services. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped so that you can keep an eye on its progress.

Yes, we offer a digital mockup of your design for your approval before production. Once you have submitted your order and design specifications, our design team will create a digital proof that will be sent to you via email. You will have the opportunity to review and approve the design before we begin production on your custom soccer jerseys or kits.
